KATANA Kissaki CLP PAG 68 – fully syntheticall season Premium gear oil based on PAG (polyalkylene glycol) for heavy duty equipment, requiring the use of DIN 51517 p.3 (CLP) oils. It has extremely high resistant to aging and oxidation, has good viscosity with respect to temperature and shows exceptional behavior at high temperatures.
KATANA Kissaki CLP PAG 68 has naturally high viscosity index and load capacity, which gives the oil excellent anti-wear and EP (Extreme Pressure) properties, protects the gearbox and bearings from micro-pitting and wear and provides a wide temperature range of application. It is designedspecially for worm gears with steel-bronze pair. Polyalkylen glycol basis ensures low friction coefficient, which contributes to energy savings (5-15%), and the effective EP additives reduce wear. This oil can also beused for the lubrication of all types of bevel and cylindrical gears, rolling and sliding bearings and gear pairs, especially at high operating temperatures. KATANA Kissaki CLP PAG 68 is not compatible with other types of base oils, including mineral and synthetic polyalphaolefins (PAO) oils. Check compatibility with seals and paints!
