KIREI MWF M20 — superconcentrate for the production of water-miscible metalworking fluids (MWF).
KIREI MWF M20 may use non-oil base stocks such as mineral oils of the SN-150 type with a viscosity of about 20 cSt at 40 °C.
It does not contain phenols, nitrites, or nitrates.
KIREI Gearbox CLP 200 is a zinc-free additive package designed for the production of industrial gear oils of the CLP class according to DIN 51517.
KIREI Gearbox CLP 200 meets or is recommended as a replacement for oils of the following specifications:
DIN 51517 Part 3 (CLP), ISO 12925-1, AGMA 9005, JIS K2219:2006 (Class 2), David Brown S1.53.101 E, AIST 224, Flender AS 7300, ZF TE ML 04F/04H.
KIREI Hydro HLPD/HVLPD 127 is an ashless additive package for the production of hydraulic oils of the HLPD/HVLPD class according to DIN 51524.
KIREI Hydro HLPD/HVLPD 127 meets or is recommended as a replacement for oils according to DIN 51524 Part 2 (HLP), DIN 51524 Part 3 (HVLP), except for the demulsifying property (ASTM D1401), which is not applicable for HLPD/HVLPD level oils, and ISO 11158 type HM/HV.
KIREI Heat 150 is an ashless multifunctional additive designed for the production of heat transfer oils operating in the range from -30°C to +350°C.
KIREI Heat 150 meets the requirements of the international classification ISO 6743-12 (Q) and the German standard DIN 51522.
